ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a sales member for Kevin Smith Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Develop and sell insurance policies
  • Drive sales by prospecting and building client relationships
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Property/Casualty License, or must be able to obtain
Compensation $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
